Most weekends a two night stay is required. Most Holiday weekends a three night stay is required. Please call us to check if we can accept a 1 or 2 night reservation on a weekend as sometimes this is possible.
Arrival and Departure
CHECK- IN: After 3:00 PM.
Please notify us if your arrival will be after 8:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM
Additional Guests
Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a fee of $35 per additional adult/per night, $25 per additional child/per night.
Deposit and Cancellations
- To confirm a reservation, a deposit equivalent to half your stay is required and payable by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Cash or Check. To confirm a one night reservation a deposit of the full amount including taxes is required.
- As a small Bed and Breakfast, cancellations affect us greatly. Should you cancel more than fourteen days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a 10% administration fee.
- Should you cancel within fourteen days of arrival, you deposit will be forfeited, unless we are able to rebook the room, in which case you may use your deposit for a future stay.
